Appearance:
Ash is short even for her age. She stands at about 4' 3". She has no noticeable scars since she doesn't fight much. She has a round childish face which earned her the nickname "Faerie" from her dad. She doesn't like the nickname at all.
Hair-
Pixie style short and black. She has streaked it with red and purple(currently). She likes to change the streaks in her hair as often as she can. Around important holidays she'll dye it to those colors. For example for the 4th of July she has red, white, and blue streaks in her hair.
Eyes-
Doe brown eyes, a little rounded
Build-
Soft, like she hasn't done a day of hard work in her life.
Clothing-
It differs for day to day but she usually can be seen with a vest, a colorful T-shirt of a sort, black jeans, some sort of shoes, fingerless gloves of a sort, and to top it off, a hat.

Ash is a kind person. She doesn't like to hurt anyone. When she was six she even cried about running over a snake with her bike, even though she hates snakes. She knows she's at the camp to learn to defend herself, and that the monsters reform eventually, but she still can't bring herself to even choose a weapon. She likes to be alone with her music. She does like being around people, but is too shy and nervous around people she doesn't know so she won't talk much and when she does she tends to stutter. So being alone with music is the best way for her not to embarrass herself.

Ash laid half buried in her mountain of pillows she called her bed. Really there had been a bed in there but she had removed it and set up at least 20 pillows in the corner, all of various sizes and shapes, behind a curtain cutting of the corner from the rest of the room. She was just listening to her playlist, flipping from one song to the next unable to settle on one. She finally turned it off and took her guitar from its stand. She began playing, not really paying attention to what she was doing. She finally realized she was playing "If I Die Young". Oh, that livens up the world. She stopped and thought for a moment before setting aside her guitar and began digging for her trumpet case. Locating it she took out the instrument and began playing "Boogie Woggie Bugle Boy". It was a really old tune, but it had a lively beat. At the end of the song she laid back and relaxed. Music was always her companion, it was one of the few things she was good at. She feels useless at camp. even the Aphrodite kids could do more then her. But can they play any instrument like me? She grinned at that thought.
History:
Ash was born in the good old city of New Orleans. Her father was a member of a small, unknown band. They played at cafes, weddings, funerals, really anything to put food on the table. But when Ash was dumped on Richard's doorstep, he was forced to get a real job. He turned to the skills he acquired as a kid and became a mechanic. That didn't bring in much more money but it was enough for them to live off of. At the age of five he father introduced her to music. He first began teaching her the trumpet. All her had to do is give a first lesson. Music was second nature to her. After she mastered the trumpet Richard took her to a coffee shop where he introduced her to the group. She's come to recognize them as her extended family. Uncle Joe, Kayla, Mac, and Cody. Cody really just finds places for them to play at. Being a child of such a minor goddess, nothing happened to her. Of course there were a few encounters, but nothing dangerous. Her father knew nothing of the Greek gods and that his child was a demi-god, and she plans to keep it that way. She was found by a satyr, for no other reason but that the gods were holding to their promise and getting all the demi-gods to camp. So this is her first summer at camp.
