Sister- Little sister named Kaylie. Her dad is so proud of her, since she is naturally born and not blind.
Appearance:
Hair- Usually shoulder length or longer. Her natural hair color honey blond, but that was too plain, too easy, for Dylan. She went with red hair, and its sometimes orange. She has short and choppy layers with bangs.
Eyes- Even though she is blind, her eyes are stormy gray and she loves to show them off.
Build- 5’ 2” slim.
Clothing- She loves clothing with textures, so she can feel it, since she can’t see. Buttons and ribbon often accompany her hoodies and shirts.

Personality: When people look at her, they don’t really think “Daughter of Athena”. She seems way too bubbly and, well, a little oblivious. But that is all an act. Dylan loves to have fun and relax. But her mind is hardwired to think quickly and always have a plan, as all of the children of Athena are. And since she is blind, she is more in depth with nature than almost every other demi-god.

Fatal Flaw: Even though she is basically just as capable as any other demi-god, she tends to look down on herself because of her blindness. Even though she won’t express it outwardly, she doesn’t think she is as good as other demi-gods because of her blindness.

“Who is it?” Dylan asked casually, not actually caring who had snuck up behind her while she was enjoying a relaxing day on the beach.
“Whoa, how did you know I was here?” A voice said behind her, one that she recognized as a new kid from the Ares cabin.
She rolled her eyes and said, “I’m blind, not deaf. What did you think? That I wasn’t going to hear you walking up kicking your feet in the sand?”
“Well I wasn’t sure,” He retorted, “Obviously you are a little deaf, since you haven’t heard what the Ares kids say behind your back. They think you aren’t fit to be Athena cabin leader.”
Dylan ignored him. She actually had heard that, ever since the old cabin leader backed down. There were always the new kids saying things about her. The only people who trusted her, were some of the other cabin leaders and the Athena children.
“Well?” The Ares kid tried again, “Did you hear me?”
That’s it. Even the children of Ares need to get taught some manners. She thought as she, promptly, stood up, fists clenched, stuck her hand out to find his face. Then backing up, she punched him straight across the nose. The Ares kid stammered, not knowing what to say. Some of the kids around them clapped, happy that the stupid newcomer was finally shut up.

Dylan was born blind. For most of her life, her father was always afraid she couldn’t take care herself. So, he cared for her and kept her close. The typical blind girl story. But when he realized what she was, who she could be, he became scared. So he sheltered her even more. But Dylan didn’t want that life. So she ran away when she was 10, with monsters chasing after her the whole way. Athena favored her though, so she protected her, and led her to a satyr at a school.
Once she got to Camp Half blood, people liked her right away. But she was always different compared to her brothers and sisters. Not just because of her blindness.
A couple months ago, the leader of the Athena cabin stepped down. No one knows why. He just seemed scared about something. So Chiron gave Dylan the job.
Powers: She is incredibly smart. Her mind works like a computer. Making plans every second and thinking things through a mile a minute. Knows basically everyone at Camp Half blood and their footsteps, and their voice. She can manipulate the mist.
